Eventors offers complimentary event planning assistance with booking & finding the vendors you need and navigating the booking process. Day of coordination as well as extra planning tasks have a cost. The plans that I offer can be adjusted and customized based on your needs! Cancellation Policy: Cancellation more than six months before the event: Full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred by the event planner. Cancellation between four to six months before the event: 50% refund of total payments, minus non-recoverable expenses. Cancellation less than three months before the event: No refund, but non-recoverable expenses will be outlined. Eventors Planners are not responsible for any damages or liabilities incurred by the couple or guests during the wedding event. This includes unforeseen events that could prevent either party from fulfilling their obligations under the contract, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government-imposed restrictions.
