IMPORTANT INFO

Client shall arrange for an appropriate space for the photo booth at Client’s Event. Space must be level, solid, and at least 10’ by 10’. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure access to the Event location is possible. The photo booth may be placed in an exterior location, provided it is protected from weather with the proper cover agreed to by Company. Client is responsible for providing power to the photo booth 3 prong outlet within 10 feet of ideal placement of photo booth at Event. Ground is to be level and safe to navigate for guests. The photo booth is not to be placed on gravel, a platform, or uneven dirt or grass that may risk the booth being on an unsecure or pose a safety risk for Company property or guest safety. If client is providing their own backdrop, it is to be safely secured at all times while Company is present, and Client agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless for all such occurrences or injury that may take place in response to Client's backdrop or backdrop location overall safety or security.
