When booking The Carnival Truck service​,​ please keep in mind that our minimum is $1​,​200. Once you reserve the date of your event​,​ we will go over the menu choices with you. We ask that you stay within 3-4 entrees​,​ 1-2 sides and 2-3 desserts.
